COMMUNICATION PROCEDURES
When a serious illness, death, disaster or other tragedy comes to the attention of any Lion Member within our District, it is essential that this information be communicated quickly and accurately throughout the District.  Immediately upon receipt of the information, the Lion Member should phone Memorial Chair PDG Jim Hilt or in his absence IPDG George, or in his absence, Governor Patti. 
               
The District officer receiving the information should note the "who, what, when, where, and how" about the information and be prepared to telephone as per the following diagram.  Please use the telephone, and do not trust that email will be read.  (the details can be sent out by email – however telephone first).
