DISTRICT A-12 MERLO team

Sustainable Membership growth in our organization consists of five intertwined responsibilities.   Each facet of the MERLO team is necessary for our association to continue to serve the needs of our communities and the world.  The MERLO team is focussed on adding new members and clubs; recognizing why members leave our organization, and developing plans to keep them; developing strong leaders; and providing our newest members with the knowledge to be great Lions.  Visit the five MERLO pages through the links on the left to learn more about the MERLO team's activities.

It's important to recognize that Lions Clubs International is more than just a Community Service Organization - it is a PEOPLE organization that does Community Service,  and that by recognizing and supporting our members, we allow them to  fulfill our ultimate goal - service to others.  Our members are our greatest strength.
